With information continuously changing regarding the COVID-19 crisis, Corneal Associates understands that our patients have concerns with keeping their scheduled office appointments. We will continue to follow the stringent guidelines set forth by the government in order to keep our staff and patients safe in all of our locations. We know that it is in the best interest of our patients to avoid any unnecessary interactions.

 

In an effort to continue to provide the highest quality of care, Corneal Associates will be introducing Telehealth Services, in conjunction with NextGen Healthcare and Otto Health Virtual Visits. Otto Virtual Visits utilizes a well-established HIPAA (privacy) compliant program that can be used on any device that has a camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, desktop, laptop). Otto is integrated with our long trusted Electronic Medical Records platform, NextGen Health. For patients without access to such a device, we will also support an audio only visit with our physicians. These virtual visits are covered by your insurance providers, just like a regular office visit. Follow the link on this page to test your device and for patient information on Otto's website.
